Overall feelings about the race: In general in my race the girls in the front really pushed the pace and i just tried to hold off a little and come back in the end or the second half of the race. In the middle I started moving up a little bit and excellerating down the hill and then I ended up getting a little exhausted but I'm satisfied with how I did because it's just amazing to be here!
Best part of the race:  The best part of my race would probably have to be my finish went i just tried and gave it my best shot to give in all I could to even get just one place better and even as exhausted as I am now I'm satisfied with how I did as a junior.
The FLCC Experience:  My footlocker experience was the most amazing experience ever! I was so excited to make it here to San Diego and my roomate Carmen Carlos I had met a little bit in Spring track nationals and it was really nice to have known her before. Everyone here is so nice and I made some great friends here and I'm really happy that I came here to San Diego it is all really surreal! I hope that I can come back next year because that is just how much I loved it here!

Personal note:  Thank you everyone for supporting me along the way and I would like to thank my coach Roy Hamblen for coming with me to California and my aunt and uncle and cousin who came to watch me run in their homestate and my mom and grandmother for coming to watch me. Also to all my friends at home thank you so much for all the good luck posts and texts I am so happy that everyone supported me! Thank you all!
