| Overall feelings about the race: It was a new experience, My goal was all-american and i was almost there and i didnt make the moves i should have to get there but i know mentally that i can run with those guys now the next step in track is to do it. |

| Best part of the race: Running with my region and runners from my state and just being there with them and working together. |
