| Overall feelings about the race: My race went fairly well, although I would have favored a faster frist mile. Just like our Reginal race, the slow first mile kept too many people in the race. I had hoped that it would have gone out in about 4:35 instead of 4:45. |

| Best part of the race: The best part of my race was probably off of the starting line, and then the first hill. I got out really well and was right in the front pack as I had wanted to be. I felt really strong up the first hill too, even though the people in front of me were going a little too slow up it. |
