Overall feelings about the race: I think I did pretty well. I was really nervous and anxious a few days before and even at the starting line. When I actually began, all the anxiety and trepidation kind of disappeared. I just went out and ran my race and I'm content with how everything turned out.
Best part of the race:  The second best part was sprinting and out-kicking a couple of girls at the last 100. The absolute best was finishing the race, ending my season. I was and still am very excited to have a break and relax. The vacation is that much better knowing that I completed the season and this race the best I could.
The FLCC Experience:  It was a ton of fun. I met a bunch of amazing, nice people from all around the country. They're so funny, sweet, and talented in many different aspects other than just running. I discovered that some are outstanding singers and ping pong players. It's quite an eclectic group. I've also made really close friends. My roommate is the absolute sweetest girl and I've bonded not only with the West region, but the Northeast, South, and Midwest, guys and girls included. Besides the worries and doubts, this weekend was exciting and entertaining, surpassing all my expectations.

Personal note:  I just want to say thanks to my friends and family for all the support and believing in me. I also want to say hey to my best guy friends Sehar and JT who were begging me all weekend for a shout-out. So "HEYYYYYY!!!!" ;)
