Winning the Illinois team state title my senior year. We worked for four years to bring that title home and we did it!
Being on the top 7 my sophomore year when we brought home a state title. 
Qualifying for Foot Locker Nationals!
Being All-State Twice and running 14:21 for 3 miles at State senior year because my goal was to break 14:25.
Qualifying for the State Meet as a Junior 
Being a 2 time all-conference and all-sectional runner. 
Breaking 5:00 in the mile when I was a freshman!(I think everybody remembers the first time they broke 5) 
Seeing my Distance Coach for track win the IL Assistant Track Coach of the Year Award. I would't be at this meet without all the help Mr. Hedman has given me.

Hobbies: Playing basketball and Frisbee with my friends, Mario Kart, and watching the Cubbies, Bears, and Bul

Overall feelings about the race: It went pretty well. My goal was not to go out too hard the first mile and then just to pick off as many guys as I could. My goal was to get All-American, but 27th was a good finish for me since I was 9th in my region.
Best part of the race:  Definitely the finish. The course is really nice, but man it's tough compared to the flat courses back in Illinois.
The FLCC Experience:  "WOW" would be the best word to describe it. This is an experience I will never forget. Also,I am so thankful to Foot Locker, the Hotel del Coronado staff, and etc. who put this on for all of us.

Personal note:  Thanks to my family and the huge York fan base for supporting me not just for this race but for all my races these past four years.
