Overall feelings about the race: It went pretty well. I got 23rd, and 3rd for the West Girls team. I was the 7th West girl coming into the race, so I am exited with how it turned out. I am really just so excited to be here and have qualified for this amazing experience here at Footlocker.
Best part of the race:  The best part of my race was hands down just getting to race with all of these phenomenal girls from around the country. The downhill on the course was especially helpful because I was able to gain some good speed going down and pass a few people.
The FLCC Experience:  This experience here at Footlocker is absolutely amazing. Everything that they provide us and they way that they treat us is so fantastic. I love all the friendships that I have made, and just the quality of people here. It is truly an experience that I will remember the rest of my life.

Personal note:  I would just like to thank my friends, family, and coaches so much for all of the support that they provided my these past four years of my high school career. This was an amazing race to end high school cross country with, and I couldn't have done it without all of you. Thanks!! :)
