| Overall feelings about the race: For me the race went out pretty slow, I wasn't able to pass as many people as I had planned. Once the front pack had gone around the 800 meter loop a lot of dust was kicked up, which was difficult to run in. I got a cramp right before the two mile and just didn't feel too great overall. |

| Best part of the race: The best part of the race for me was the area between the uphill and the downhill because I was able to pass some people while they were recovering. |
